Become a Media Literacy Project volunteer

Media Literacy Project always accepts volunteers. Volunteers can have a weekly or monthly schedule, or just drop in as needed to help out with specific projects. We are especially interested in volunteers who have media production, graphic design, campaign, community organizing, communications, administrative, or general media literacy experience. Volunteers help us with media justice campaign work, capturing and compressing media clips, editing video, media monitoring, researching media facts, documenting Media Literacy Project events, designing materials, translating materials, assisting at events, and helping out with the daily office work. Media Literacy Project staff train volunteers on specific programs and applications as needed. Media Literacy Project could not successfully accomplish all the work we do without our dedicated team of volunteers. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in volunteering at info [at] medialiteracyproject [dot] org or 505.828.3129.
